  12.  I would appreciate any help witht he following problem:

  14.  My old Quantum LPS drive started acting funny last week.  I started
  15.  getting messages like "You have unsaved changes to your hard drive"
  16.  for no good reason.  Upon checking I discovered that HD Toolbox listed
  17.  all seven scsi addresses as the drive (identical listings).  I shut 
  18.  down the computer but upon rebooting my HD appeared to be gone.  I went
  19.  ahead and ordered a new Seagate 1480N well I cant get HD Toolbox to
  20.  recognize this either.

  22.  Any clues for me?  Is this my scsi chip gone bad?  I believe that I have
  23.  the jumpers correctly set on the drive for address 6.  You may reply
  24.  direct to me or post here - I'll check.
